The Centre
A Specialist Focus, Within a Full Diagnostic Centre
Most of the work here is ultrasound, and a large part of that is pregnancy imaging — viability, NT, anomaly, fetal cardiac and wellbeing assessments. That has been the centre’s focus since 2006.
Colour Doppler, digital X-ray, pathology and pediatric consultation run alongside it, so several requirements can usually be met in one visit.
About the CentreMeet Our Doctors
The Doctors Behind Your Diagnosis
Your scan is performed and reported by our doctors, so the person interpreting your images is the person who acquired them. That matters most in pregnancy imaging, where the findings depend on the views obtained during the examination itself.

I had all my pregnancy scans done at Dr. Pansare Diagnostic Centre, and my experience has been excellent throughout. Both Dr. Pansare and Dr. Venkatesh are exceptionally skilled, patient, and reassuring. They take the time to explain every scan in detail, answer all questions, and make expecting parents feel comfortable and confident. The entire staff is courteous, the clinic is clean and well managed, appointments are smooth, and reports are provided on time.
Our experience has been extremely satisfying with Pansare sir. Sir has been very patient during my every visit for ultrasound and gives proper time to check. The scanning machines are equipped with latest technology and they provide proper colour prints every time. We highly recommend Pansare diagnostic center.
Excellent service with a clean and well-maintained facility. The staff was polite, and the sonography procedure was handled professionally and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Patient Resources
Understanding Your Care
Medical tests often come with questions. Our patient resources help you understand common scans, procedures and pregnancy-related investigations.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, appointments are recommended. Scan time is planned in advance, which keeps waiting down and means the doctor has enough time for your examination. You can call the centre or message on WhatsApp with the scan you need.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Your doctor's referral or prescription, any previous reports, and any earlier scan images or films. For a pregnancy scan, bring your antenatal card or record if you have one — previous measurements help put the current scan in context.
Do I need a full bladder, or to fast?
It depends on the examination. Some abdominal and pelvic scans need a full bladder; some abdominal scans need a period of fasting. Pregnancy scans in the second and third trimesters usually need neither. The specific instructions for your examination are shared when your appointment is confirmed.
Which pregnancy scan should I book, and when?
Your referral usually names the scan. Timing matters most for the NT scan, which has to fall between 11 and 13+6 weeks, and for the anomaly scan, usually carried out between 18 and 22 weeks. If your referral is unclear, message us before you travel and our team will help you confirm.
Is ultrasound safe during pregnancy?
Ultrasound uses sound waves rather than ionising radiation and is widely used in routine pregnancy care when performed for a medical indication by trained professionals. Scans here are carried out because there is a clinical reason for them.
